Listen, I’m not going to tell you I know how you feel, because I don’t. What I do know is how it feels to have someone I love more than anything leave me because they felt they had no other way. It is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone. There is hope. Please reach out to someone, anyone. You are worth it!


Common Coping skills

  • Pick up the phone.
    • Text or call a friend, parent, or other trusted person
    • Call or Chat with the great people at the National Suicide Prevention Hotline
  • Get some fresh air.
    • Go for a walk or run
    • Soak up some sunshine
  • Listen to music or watch funny videos
    • Laughter is the best medicine
    • Blast your music and dance around your room
  • Play with a fidget or stress ball, color, write, or draw
    • Distract yourself from whatever is stressing you
